Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Once goods sold can not be returned, exchanged.
• If in case of cancellation : When you choose products and pay for them on our website, that is deemed to be a confirmed order. An order can be canceled over phone or through email before your goods are shipped. We accept to cancel your order only if we receive such communication and acknowledge the same before shipping your order.
• When an order cancellation is accepted by us, we would refund the amount paid to your credit card account. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.
  
  

Domestic Orders: 

Cancellation Policy 

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation through the link: https://sampradaay.com/apps/return_prime (need to use our url) 

Return Policy 

• We at Sampradaay do not accept any returns. 
• If in case you receive a damaged product, due to shilling sampradaay will not be responsible.
• If package is tampered, kindly take video or a snap of your product before and after unboxing and email it to us, future we will review.

 Exchange Policy: 

• Unfortunately at ‘Sampradaay,’ or ‘we’ do not accept any exchange  
• We do not compromise on our quality.
• Each and every sarees are quality checked, to ensure our customers get the best quality.

International Orders:

• We unfortunately do not have return or exchange policy for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at returns@sampradaay.com for any queries. If you do wish to return the product, you can ship it back to us at your own expense, we can provide you a refund for the product to your original mode of payment or as a store credit. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact
• If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped and we will refund the entire amount. Once your order is shipped we cannot cancel the order and no refund would be provided 
• Incase you do receive a defective product contact us immediately by emailing us at returns@sampradaay.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product after investigation, no replacement would be sent.
